Pixel Software and publisher Tencent have revealed their open-world sandbox MMORPG Interstellar Utopia, launching in 2026. A themed booth is now available at Gamescom, featuring game-themed standees, cybernetic character displays, and several exclusive giveaways. Playable demo booths are also present, offering a first look at Interstellar’s Utopia’s universe. Additionally, at Gamescom, you can also find the Ultimate Photo Op: the “Mind Upload Terminal”, based on the game’s “Neural Upload Station”, where humans upload their consciousness to become cyborgs and thus achieve immortality. In this particular booth at Gamescom, you can “digitize” and view yourself as a cyborg embodying the game’s mantra: “Everything can be cyberized!” Interstellar Utopia is set over 400 years in the future, after Earth’s survivors have fled from an alien invasion, now roaming the cosmic void as a digital consciousness. The game offers a vast, living universe to explore where you can travel through ecologically diverse maps with no loading screens. Players can choose between multiple unique cyborg races, arm themselves with customizable future-tech gadgets, and craft and build to their heart’s content. In Interstellar Utopia, you can choose your path, forging alliances or rivalries as you see fit across a unified global server.
