Sales Development Representative RRHH Madrid

As a Sales Development Representative in Madrid, your mission will be to increase LHH´s client base in your area of responsibility and retain existing clients in coordination with the team of Business Developers & KAMs. Focus on generating new contacts, detecting opportunities, as well as qualifying accounts (contact map, competitors, opportunities...) and recording information in Sales Force. Main Tasks -Build sales pipeline through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns, and inbound inquires -Set up introductory meetings via telephone; coordinate calendars with different time zones, and send out calendar invites Organize meetings with clients for the sales team. -Maintain client portfolio assigned with loyalty and advice tasks -Accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established criteria -Maintain an activity volume of Calls & Emails/day with intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth -Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings -Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities & use these to identify opportunities in the market -Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in our CRM -Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve overall sales targets -Record and document all call and communications in SalesForce. -Monitor/a social networks such as LinkedIn for sales opportunities and leads. Se requiere: - Postgraduate training in sales, team management or HR is valued. - Specific knowledge: Office automation at user level. - Sales experience is essential - High organizational capacity, customer orientation, results and high tolerance for frustration. -High customer orientation and good communication skills, since you will be in direct contact with our clients!
