PTI Certificate Programme Admission Form 2025/2026
The Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, is now selling forms for its full-time Certificate Programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. Interested candidates can apply for either General Welding or Commercial Diving (Class I and II). Available Programmes General Welding Certificate Commercial Diving Certificate (Class I and Class II) Both courses run under PTI’s professional training wing and are open to candidates who meet basic requirements. Application Fee Each application form costs ₦15,000, non-refundable. If you miss the deadline, late applications attract a higher fee of ₦20,000.
