Radio Hauraki, together with Monteith's are embarking on the 9th year of Beer & Pie July. The month that celebrates our nations iconic pairing of a beer and a pie. This July, we celebrate Beer and Pie July: The Backbone Edition. We’re proudly celebrating the PIEoneers of the West Coast by offering you the chance to have a $5,000 wild West Coast weekend with a mate. Monteith’s believe their West Coast provenance is in their blood, and with a proud 150-year history, they’re born of the wild and brewed for adventure. So, what will you pack into your wild adventurous weekend if you win the trip? Will you fly to Greymouth? Maybe you’ll opt on taking the train, or driving a campervan through the Alps to get there? Then choose the Backbone inspired West Coast activities. Maybe it’s Heli hunting? Heli fishing or Sky Diving? Or, would you prefer to go craft your own hand forged knife? You could hike or bike a trail or even attend a wellness retreat!
