She specialises in complex, high-value, and multi-jurisdictional commercial and private client disputes involving offshore companies, funds, and trust structures in Jersey and the British Virgin Islands. She is experienced in handling cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, shareholder disputes, contentious trusts and probate matters, claims against directors, trustees and other fiduciaries, as well as claims involving fraud, conspiracy, and asset tracing.
