WhatsApp Tests AI-Powered Wallpaper Generation Feature
WhatsApp is testing a new feature that will allow users to automatically generate background images (Wallpapers) for conversations using AI from Meta. It can be accessed through the conversation theme settings where users can choose to use AI wallpapers, either for all conversations or just specific ones.When users access this part of the interface, they will be given automatic design suggestions that they can continue to use. If nothing suits their taste, users can enter their own text prompts. Meta AI will then process these prompts and generate several variations of the wallpaper. Users can scroll through the options, choose their favorites, or adjust the prompts to get more accurate results.The feature is designed to provide more options in terms of colors, themes, and styles, especially for those who want something different from the existing collection. So far, this feature is only available to a select number of beta users through the latest update, and is expected to be expanded to more users in stages.
