Apple Will Offer Affordable MacBook With iPhone Chip
The MacBook is the best laptop I've ever used since I tamed my first computer in 1988. Many people couldn't afford it because of the higher selling price compared to laptops with comparable specifications. Now, leading analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says that an affordable MacBook will be developed that is powered by an iPhone chip.According to him, this MacBook is equipped with a 13″ screen and is matched with the Apple A18 Pro chip used in the iPhone 16 Pro series last year. Production will be carried out as early as Q4 2025 or Q1 2025. It is hoped that it will increase MacBook sales in the near future.If this report is true, it is an interesting move because finally an entry-level MacBook will be offered. It may be seen as the iPhone SE/16e which was marketed as the first iPhone for children. This MacBook with an iPhone chip may also be marketed as the first for children who want to upgrade from an iPad.
