After The Yuzu Game Console Shutdown, Nintendo Is Now Targeting Other Consoles

In March of this year, Nintendo successfully shut down a group that developed their game console, Yuzu, and sued the company for intellectual property infringement.Recently, Nintendo seems to have also managed to shut down a number of other game developer groups, including Suyu, Nuzu, Uzuy, Torzu and Sudachi, and forced them to shut down their GitHub pages. The reason why Nintendo was able to close these groups so quickly is because these groups use the same source code as what Yuzu used, and therefore, Nintendo had a good reason to close them, and this directive was followed by GitHub without problem. However, one of these groups, namely Sudachi, says that they will start developing a new emulator that does not use Yuzu's source code. This is quite interesting because even though Yuzu themselves do not offer game software files to use with their mods, the project is still closed. It's not yet known what the difference between Sudachi and Yuzu's characters will be that will keep them from being shut down by Nintendo, but we expect we'll see what happens next.
