Brubeck Brothers Quartet to bring jazz legacy to Caffe Lena

Caffe Lena in Saratoga Springs will echo this week with the sounds of music composed by a true American legend: Dave Brubeck. Brubeck, who died in 2012 at the age of 91, was one of the most recognized and beloved jazz musicians worldwide. Many of his compositions are part of the jazz canon, and some will likely be heard at the iconic music venue in Saratoga Springs when the Brubeck Brothers Quartet perform Wednesday and Thursday night. Two of Dave’s sons, brothers Chris (bass and trombone) and Dan Brubeck (drums), lead the band and are top musicians in their own right.
