Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) took to X on Friday to triumphantly announce the securement of $550 million to upgrade a bridge on I-10 from Mobile to Baldwin County — one of the largest federal grants ever given to an infrastructure project in Alabama."Proud to announce that the Mobile River Bridge and Bayway Project will be receiving a $550 million grant from the Department of Transportation," wrote Tuberville.
