Donald Trump Jr. invented a conspiracy theory moments after the White House announced President Joe Biden had COVID-19.During a podcast at the Republican National Convention on Wednesday, Trump told his guests that he had some "breaking news.""Joe Biden apparently has tested positive for COVID," Trump said. "Here we go again.
