'Clearly no': Congress on CM-change reports; Sidda to stay at top post

Congress leader Randeep Surjewala, dispatched to Karnataka, has affirmed that Siddaramaiah will remain the Chief Minister, dismissing speculation of leadership change amidst perceived tensions with Deputy CM DK Shivakumar.
