2006 Mumbai train blasts: HC acquits all 12 accused; court says prosecution failed to prove case

In a significant ruling, the Bombay High Court overturned the death sentences of five men convicted in the 2006 Mumbai train bombings. The court acquitted all twelve accused who were previously convicted by the special trial court in September 2015. Justices Anil Kilor and Shyam Chandak of the special bench quashed and set aside the trial court's verdict.
