THIS common diet can increase the risk of lung cancer

A recent study published in BMJ reveals a concerning link between high consumption of ultra-processed foods (UPFs) and an increased risk of lung cancer. The research, involving over 100,000 participants, found that those with the highest UPF intake were 41% more likely to develop lung cancer. Experts suggest reducing UPF consumption to mitigate the global burden of this deadly disease.
