Quinte West City Council has again given help to Hospice Quinte’s expansion efforts. At Wednesday’s meeting, the horseshoe approved the waiving of development fees for the organization in the amount of $37,468 as it gets ready to add four beds at the existing Stan Klemencic Care Centre on Old Highway 2.
