Lagos orders psychiatric test for 18 traffic offenders
The Lagos State Government has directed the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) to ensure that the 18 motorists apprehended for driving against traffic flow (one-way) undergo mandatory psychiatric evaluation. The General Manager of LASTMA, Mr Olalekan Bakare-Oki, said this in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday in Lagos. The statement was signed by Mr Taofiq Adebayo, Director, Public Affairs and Enlightenment Department, LASTMA.
