Kingston police investigating serious assault

Kingston police are investigating a serious assault in a carpool lot near Highway 401. Police say a Montreal Street resident reported they found a male covered in blood on their front porch on Monday night. Officers responded and located a male with a laceration to his forehead and another to his thigh, both of which are believed to be caused by an edged weapon, police said in a media release. Investigators believe the male was picked up by a white sedan in the area of Princess Street and Bagot Street.  They said the vehicle was then driven to the area...
