Belleville council approves fire master plan

The City of Belleville has signed off on its fire master plan that aims to improve service delivery and public safety. Following a lengthy discussion and a recorded vote of 6 to 2 on Monday, council approved the 238-page plan that will provide a blueprint for Belleville Fire and Emergency Services for the next five to 10 years.
