Some numbers speak more loudly than others, even when the voice involved is quieter than it should be. Advance polling numbers were released for the Bay of Quinte By-election over the weekend. There's no two ways to spin it. They aren't good. Elections Ontario says 7,885 voters cast their ballot in advance polls, 8.1 per cent of all eligible voters.
