Apple M5 Chip Will Be Used On AI Server

Apple has already announced the quite powerful Apple M4 chip. It is used on iPad Pro first before it will be used on other Mac devices. Did you know that there are not many devices with an M4 chip yet, Apple has started development of an M5 chip that is expected to be on the market in 2025 or 2026?Apple M5 is a chip that will be produced by TSMC with SoIC technology which is System on Integrated Chip that uses 3D design for better electrical flow compared to 2D design. This new chip is said to be a hybrid SoIC type that combines thermoplastic carbon fiber and composite blend technology. The chip is currently in testing and is said to be used in various Mac devices as well as for Apple's AI cloud servers.We know that Apple Intelligence uses Private Cloud Compute to process data securely and protect user data. Servers for AI and various other processing tasks in systems for Apple products now use the M2 Ultra chip. By using the upcoming M5 chip, Apple wants to guarantee a more awake future because a more capable chip will handle multiple tasks.
