The building services month-end report for January 2025 in Belleville has been released. There were 24 permits issued with a total valuation of $3,572,519.96 and a building permit fee of $32,622.90. Out of the 24 permits issued, 3 were for new residential, 7 were for other residential, 10 were for other commercial, 2 were for other industrial, 1 was for other institutional/govt and one was other. At this time last year, the total valuation was $3,799,861.00 and the building permit fee was $38,286.30. For residential units, there were 4 - 1 apartment and 3 single detached....
