Belleville Police inspector recognized for community safety

Belleville Police is happy to have one its own get recognized by the province. The service announced in a media release that Inspector Jeremy Ashley received the OACP Award of Excellence in Community Safety, Wellness & Crime Prevention for 2025.  The award was handed out at the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police awards ceremony on June 24. This award recognizes the accomplishments of an officer and their community partners working together to improve community safety and well-being.
