Impaired driving charges laid in Napanee

Lennox and Addington OPP have charged one person following a complaint in a parking lot.  On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, shortly before 5:00 p.m., L&A County OPP members attended the parking lot of a Greater Napanee business after a member of the public observed the driver pouring alcohol into a cup. Police located the vehicle and the driver was arrested. Breath testing at the detachment showed alcohol levels that were nearly four times the legal limit.
