UPDATE: Power restored in Belleville

11:20 a.m. UPDATE: Power has been restored. There are a pair of hydro outages impacting Elexicon Energy customers in Belleville on Thursday morning. The largest outage stretches from College Street West north to Highway 401 and from Bell Blvd west to Centre Street. The traffic lights are out and motorists are advised to drive with caution. Elexicon said it should be restored by 12 p.m. Thursday. A smaller outage affecting customers on Charlotte and Wellington Streets is expected to be restored at 12:45 p.m....
