Elden Ring: NIGHTREIGN gets a release date

Elden Ring: NIGHTREIGN, the standalone sequel to the critically acclaimed souls-like Elden Ring from FromSoftware, will launch on the 30th of May. Players venture back into the lands between, this time in the form of a co-op multiplayer survival game. Players choose one of eight unique Nightfarers and team up, or go at it alone, and try to survive three days and three nights while dealing with enemies and avoiding the ‘Circle of Fire’. These cycles are always different, offering a wide variety of available biomes, weapons, and enemies to explore and vanquish. Each day you are able to explore and fight various enemies whose power level progressively grows, culminating in the nightly boss encounter. At the end of the third day, all surviving characters get to fight a Nightlord, the new endbosses in Elden Ring: NIGHTREIGN. By defeating enemies, but also by being defeated, you earn relics that allow you to adapt and upgrade your Nightfarer to perfectly fit your playstyle. Elden Ring: NIGHTREIGN will be available on May 30th and is available for pre-order now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and on PC via Steam. The game will be available in various editions: a base game that will be available digitally for all platforms, a digital Deluxe edition that comes with a DLC code, and a digital artbook and soundtrack. The Seekers Edition will get you all of that and a Steelbook case. Lastly, there is a Collectors Edition, which gives you the everythingi included in the Seekers Edition as well as a Wylder Nightfarer statue, a hardcover artbook, and eight Nightfarer cards. Physical editions of the game are only available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with an exception for the Collectors Edition, which will also be available for PC.
