Wreckreation races towards its release date

Three Fields Entertainment, the studio best known for the Burnout franchise, has announced the release date for its upcoming title Wreckreation. The game combines arcade-style racing with creative building tools, giving players the opportunity to explore, compete, and design within a large open world. Spanning 400 square kilometers, the fictional setting offers space for high-speed driving, stunt challenges, and destructive crashes across varied terrain. More than 50 cars will be available at launch, each suited for different types of racing and experimentation, while gameplay emphasizes both competition and spectacle. One of Wreckreation’s defining features is Live Mix, a system that allows players to alter the game world in real time. Roads, ramps, loops, and jumps can be constructed instantly, alongside decorative or unusual elements such as billboards, buildings, and oversized statues. Players can also modify conditions, including weather, time of day, and traffic density at the touch of a button. Creations are designed to be shared, encouraging players to invite their friends to explore or compete in customized environments. Wreckreation is set to launch worldwide on October 28, 2025, for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game will be available both digitally and physically for $39.99 / €39.99.
