Beyond Galaxyland arrives today!

Today, United Label and producer-turned-game developer Sam ‘EnrightBeats’ Enright released Beyond Galaxyland. The game is an adventure RPG inspired by classic 1980s sci-fi films and iconic turn-based RPGs from the 1990s. Set in the fictional Galaxyland, the story follows Doug, a high school student, who along with his pet guinea pig, Boom Boom, is transported to a collection of planets just before Earth’s destruction by a celestial force known as “The End.” As Doug embarks on a journey across Galaxyland’s various worlds, he forms a team of allies, both new and familiar, in an attempt to uncover the truth and possibly reverse the destruction of Earth. Developed as a solo passion project by Enright, Beyond Galaxyland modernizes the old-school RPG experience with a combination of platforming, puzzle-solving, turn-based combat, and boss battles. It also features a capture and summons mechanic, allowing Doug to use the creatures he encounters in future fights.
