Godspeed You! Black Emperor annonce un nouvel album avec le single “Grey Rubble-Green Shoots”

Godspeed You! Black Emperor annonce son nouvel album sobrement nommé “No Title As of 13 February 2024 28,340 Dead” avec le single “Grey Rubble-Green Shoots” qui arrivera le 4 octobre prochain chez Constellation. Godspeed You! Black Emperor nous propose un titre post rock grandiose Je sais que tu te poses la question, donc je vais te donner la réponse. C’est quoi ce nom d’album ? Eh bien, il fait référence au nombre de palestiniens tués à la date du 13 février 2024 dans l’enceinte de la bande de Gaza. Le groupe a expliqué le titre avec une note que je t’ai mis sous le morceau. Et justement le morceau, il est très grand, symphonique avec une puissance qui te touche et qui t’emmène. Alors certes, c’est rock mais il y a aussi des cordes, du violon me semble t-il qui font que la mélodie est riche et intense. C’est vraiment très beau.
