Ondo LG election: Interior Minister, Tunji-Ojo applauds successful conduct

The Interior Minister, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has praised the successful conduct of the local government election in Ondo State, describing it as a triumph for democracy and grassroots governance.The election, held across the state’s 18 local government areas on Saturday, witnessed widespread participation. While congratulating the winners, the Minister also commended other contestants for their courage and sportsmanship.He highlighted the election as evidence of Nigeria’s evolving democratic institutions and the dedication of Ondo State citizens to peaceful and transparent governance.“In every democratic exercise, there will be winners, but this election is truly a victory for all.
