Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea have signed pacts on a number of areas, including  petroleum and  security.   The agreements were reached shortly before a dinner organised in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s honour by   host President Teodoro   Mbasogo in Malabo yesterday.
