Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) Extends Bursar and Librarian Tenures

The Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) Governing Council has extended the tenures of two key university officials. During its 6th Extraordinary Meeting, the Council granted a one-year extension to the Bursar, Dr Daniel Anjola Wilson, and the University Librarian, Professor Abiodun Olaide Iyoro. This decision aligns with Section 5, Subsection 5 of the Universities (Miscellaneous Provision) (Amendment) Act, 2012. This provision allows the Council to extend the tenure of certain officers to support stability and strategic goals.
