FUTMINNA NERD clearance for NYSC mobilisation 2026

The Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) has introduced a compulsory requirement for all graduating students and prospective National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members, following a directive from the Federal Executive Council (FEC). In an official circular, the university stated that graduates seeking mobilisation for the NYSC must obtain clearance from the Nigeria Education Repository and Databank (NERD). The requirement takes effect from the 2026 NYSC Batch “A” onward; only graduates with valid NERD clearance slips will be processed for mobilisation.
