Babcock University to enforce haircut and dress code rules from January 2026 Babcock University has released an official notice to all students, both male and female, ahead of the second semester starting in January 2026. School management says rules on haircut, hairstyle, and dressing will now be enforced fully across all campuses. No soft handling. No quiet allowances. Students are expected to follow what is written in the Student Handbook, as it stands. Hair-passes are cancelled. Completely. Every hair-pass or appearance exemption issued in the past is cancelled. They no longer count. Keeping one, showing one, or claiming one breaks
