Taking their album ‘Songs for the Dead’ a bit too literally, Queens of the Stone Age have scheduled a concert at the Catacombs of Paris, Josh Homme has revealed. Per Rockwheels, Homme made the announcement during a press conference held at Hellfest 2024. He said QOTSA will be the first band to play the Catacombs after he spent “18 years” trying to book a show there. The performance will also be recorded live. A representative for the group has confirmed the concert, but wasn’t able to provide any further details. QOTSA are currently playing Europe as part of their long-running “The End Is Nero World Tour,” which has been extended with a string of fall US dates supported by The Kills. The Fellas caught up with the lads when they made their NZ stop of the world tour!
