LG Launches Microwave with 27″ Screen

There are currently washing machines and refrigerators on the market with built-in LCD touchscreens to control connected devices (IoT) at home. In conjunction with CES 2025, LG launched several new smart kitchen appliances under the LG Signature series, one of which is a microwave with a touchscreen.The LG Signature Smart InstaView Over-the-Range Microwave comes with a 27″ transparent LCD touchscreen on the front panel and speakers. When not in use, the contents of the microwave can be seen from the outside. When activated, it will look like a regular LCD screen with FHD resolution. Various video content can be watched on the screen along with the LG ThinQ smart feature control system.When paired with a smart stove with a conventional LG oven, the content being cooked can be displayed directly on the microwave screen placed on the top. This means that cooks do not have to bend down to see if the cooking process is going smoothly. Prices have not been announced and the entire LG Signature series will be shown on the CES 2025 floor on January 7.
