Court sets Aug 9 to hear Tun Daim's application to transfer case

KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court today set Aug 9 to hear former finance minister Tun Daim Zainuddin’s application to transfer his case on failure to adhere to a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s notice to be heard before a different judge.
