Google Photos Now Lets You Block Pictures of Someone's Face From Memories

Google seems to have taken steps towards giving users more control over the display of photos in Google Photos. As such, Google Photos has just launched another new feature that allows users to prevent photos of other people's faces from appearing in the Memories photo view. This feature allows users to select the faces of certain people or pets to block or hide. This kind of feature is quite useful for those who want to organize and personalize their digital memories and to avoid seeing the faces of unwanted individuals. To use this feature, users can open Google Photos settings and do some simple steps as follows:Open the Google Photos app on your device.Press the profile picture icon in the upper right corner of the screen.Select 'Photos Settings'.Then select 'Preferences'.Select 'Memories'.Next, select 'Hide people and pets'.Then you can choose the individual face you want to block from the list of Memories photos taken individually or included in photos taken as a group. This feature certainly has specific benefits that some people may need to help them forget memories with an individual such as a lover who has separated or an individual they no longer want to remember. In fact, it simultaneously gives the user greater control of settings over the use of the application.
