J&T Express Celebrates 6th Anniversary In Malaysia By Launching #KasiJadi Campaign

International logistics provider J&T Express celebrates its sixth anniversary in Malaysia this month. To celebrate, they launched a campaign themed #KasiJadi featuring various vendors in logistics companies to increase brand awareness and drive their respective business growth. The campaign which lasted for two days from 3 to 4 August 2024 was then inaugurated by Minister of Communications Fahmi Fadzil and Assistant Chief Executive Officer of J&T Express Vincent Low.According to J&T Express, the campaign was held as a sign of gratitude to partners and customers for the support of trust in them. Besides also having a unique objective to raise awareness about the existence and quality of local products. Then it can be a good opportunity for the vendors to actively connect with each other, leading to more profitable marketing techniques. In the meantime, J&T also shared its latest success through the introduction of a contactless debit card payment acceptance system on smartphones (tap-on-phone) in collaboration with UOB Malaysia and Fass Payment Solution (FassPay) last March. Through it, J&T Express couriers are now said to be able to use their smartphones as point of sale (POS) terminals and then accept contactless debit card payments from customers. It also allows them to provide an easier digital payment option for customers while providing a better delivery experience. Also shared is the total daily delivery capacity this year showing an increase of 103.16% year-on-year. Further reflecting the company's commitment to continue to meet changing customer needs with enhanced experience capabilities. J&T Express added, they will continue their commitment to work hard and then provide the best and quality services to their customers and partners.J&T Express was established in 2015 with it trying to meet the needs of the local market including for J&T Express Delivery services. It then managed to achieve remarkable growth and was able to strengthen its reputation as a reliable partner for fast and secure delivery service companies. It also has a network across 13 countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mexico and Thailand.
