Samsung Galaxy Quantum5 Launched With Quantum Encryption System

The Samsung Galaxy Quantum5 was launched in South Korea yesterday with it being another smartphone with a quantum encryption system. They have been producing quantum devices since 2020 in collaboration with SK Telecom. This latest model is actually a Samsung Galaxy A55 equipped with the S2Q000 quantum chip.S2Q000 generates encryption keys randomly through quantum technology. In theory this is the most difficult system because it is randomly generated compared to other encryption key algorithms. The chip was designed by ID Quantique and then paired with the Samsung Knox security system.The specifications of the Galaxy Quantum5 are that it is equipped with a 6.6″ SAMOLED 120Hz screen, powered by an Exynos 1480 chip, 8GB RAM memory, 128GB storage, and a 5000 mAh battery with 25W charging support. The main camera consists of a 50MP wide-angle lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP macro lens while the front is equipped with a 32MP selfie camera.In South Korea the Samsung Galaxy Quantum5 is sold at a price of Won 618,200 (~RM 1998) in Awesome Ice Blue, Awesome Lilac, and Awesome Navy colors only for SK Telecom customers.
