Telekom Malaysia is now sharing more about internet service problems due to submarine cables. Since 6pm today, 20 September 2024, TM says it has started to observe a more stable internet connection, in addition to more capacity being provided, while also aiming to overcome the problem of poor internet experience due to this cable problem.Previously, the undersea cable in Lantau Island, Hong Kong was said to be facing problems, as well as impacting the navigation experience of users. For the time being, TM is taking steps to divert traffic to other routes, at the same time overcoming this network problem.TM said that if users continue to face any problem with their internet experience, they can contact them through any official channel for immediate assistance.
