OpenAI Introduces o1 Models With Reasoning Capabilities – Answering More Complex Questions
OpenAI today introduced a new artificial intelligence model, named o1. This model is seen to bring reasoning support or thinking ability better than other ChatGPT models.OpenAI says this o1 model comes with more complex answer capabilities, said to be faster than a normal human. This is also OpenAI's step in bringing an artificial intelligence model that rivals human intelligence, especially in some work contexts such as writing, solving some problems, and so on.OpenAI says they have trained this model with new methods and methodologies, allowing it to perform better, and hallucinate less.For now, OpenAI offers access to o1-preview as well as o1-mini to all ChatGPT Plus users. Those of you who subscribe to ChatGPT Plus, can access these two new models, and use them to get better answers to more complex questions.
