Appeal to Block TikTok Ban in the United States Rejected

Bytedance is ready to disagree with the US government's move to ban the TikTok application in the country if it is not sold to local companies there. This led Bytedance to appeal in court in the United States before. However, their appeal was seen to be rejected by the court judge, thus maintaining the original order - which requires the TikTok application to be sold to local companies there, or it will be banned after January 19, 2025. TikTok said they will then appeal to the Supreme Court. With the ban order set to take effect in a few weeks, it is not yet known whether the Supreme Court will accept this case or not.Previously, the US government said TikTok allowed data to be collected by China, and used to know the various movements of users in the western country. However, TikTok denied the accusation, and stated that there was no evidence presented by the US government to date. With this new development, let's all wait and see what the next fate of TikTok will be in the United States, and whether Donald Trump, as president, will rescind the ban or maintain it.
