If you work in the corporate sector, or at least a mid-sized company, there is a chance that you will need to use various services available from Microsoft, such as the Microsoft 365 productivity suite or Microsoft Outlook email software. Most recently, yesterday the Artemis II mission crew encountered issues accessing the software during their flight. The software is installed on two Microsoft Surface Pro tablet computers, and the expedition captain Commander Reid Wiseman said the crew was having difficulty accessing Outlook on both devices. He has asked the crew on the ground to help them fix the problem, but so far it is still unknown whether it has been fixed or not. Our guess is that the Outlook software is used to receive new instructions from the flight crew on Earth, and if Outlook is not accessible, many instructions are seen as more difficult to receive, and may cause issues in terms of receiving instructions and operations that need to be performed during this flight.
