Miya is a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence support, making it easier for users in a number of ways.Miya is directly integrated into the Maxis app, and can interact with bill management, roaming support, and contract reviews. In addition, users can also ask various questions involving Maxis products and services.Maxis says this virtual assistant interacts 24/7, making it easier for users to get help at any time regarding Maxis products and services. To make this possible, Maxis is using Google Cloud support, and the Gemini model.Miya has been introduced starting today in stages to all Maxis app users. For Maxis customers, you can update or download the latest Maxis app via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
