xAI Delays Grok 5 Launch to Early 2026

Elon Musk previously targeted the introduction of their latest artificial intelligence model Grok this year. However, it is now seen as having been delayed, and we may only see Grok 5 early next year.Elon Musk said Grok 5 will be the best artificial intelligence model on the market, and is a model with 6 trillion parameters, twice as large as the existing model. This new model is also said to be faster and smarter than before.In addition to interacting through conversations, Grok 5 is also said to be trained to use various tools and software well – including for searching the internet, understanding videos and so on. This move is seen in line with various AI companies that are now racing to offer AI agents.With this development, let's all look forward to the official introduction of Grok 5 in the first quarter of 2026.
