Help, broken hose on head?

Hey guys, I did a sparkplug job today and I noticed that this hose has broken off from the part that it corrects to on the side of the head. The clip is still on it but the whole hose is falling out, does anyone know what this part is called so I can buy a new one? This is on a rb25de neo and it was connected to the intake manifold that I have set to the side on the second photo: zoomed in full res: https://ibb.co/WN7rFzjx Zoomed out full res: https://ibb.co/JFgNn4VB also, if anyone also knows the part number for this hose: https://ibb.co/JFgNn4VB please let me know so I can confirm with my own research, that one is also cooked and hard as a rock
