Toll and BlueScope roll out electric trucks

The teams from Toll and BlueScope celebrate the delivery of two Volvo Electric prime movers, unveiled at Toll’s Arndell Park facility in Sydney. Image: Toll.Toll Group has introduced two electric prime movers into its fleet to support BlueScope Steel’s freight and warehousing operations. The Volvo FMe Electric 6×4 units are reported to deliver a 270-kilometre range per charge and can haul up to 26.5 tonnes, cutting an estimated 192 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually.
