What adjustable suspension parts needed to adjust wheel track width?

Hi, I would like to know what suspension parts are needed to allow me to adjust wheel track width and be able to push them out without having to use wheel spacers. I need around 40-50mm per corner and using spacers that big seems a bit iffy. I've got some wide wheels (19" 9/9.5j) but clearly my dumbass didn't know about ET/fitment and they still sit deep inside. I know I need adjustable control arms and camber arms. What else do I need? Thanks.
