R34 GTT throttle cutting

Hello everyone, I just imported a 2000 Nissan Skyline R34 this past October and I have had the same issue since day 1 of owning it. The throttle randomly cuts up while going up through the RPM range. I took the car to a shop and had the following checked/replaced. Replaced: Ignition coils (OEM), Spark plugs, TPS, and O2 sensor. Checked: Fuel pressure, Compression (all good across 6 cylinders), multiple vacuum leaks fixed. Diagnosis: ECU codes still present: 34 (Knock Sensor), 43 (TPS), 17 (ABS-TCS Control Unit Circuit) Traction Control Unit codes: 58 (Throttle Control Unit system or circuit to TCU/ABS Control Unit), 84 (Engine system component fuel condition) Notes from the shop: Engine Fuel is cutting, check ignition timing, no voltage to throttle motor assembly (test/replace throttle motor relay or throttle control unit) Has anyone had a similar issue or have any insight on what I should do next? This has been a dream of mine to own this car, and I am a bit bummed it came with this issue, but I am committed to getting it running right. Car does run and idles fine, aside from when the throttle randomly cuts up. Also, it does not cut up EVERY single time, but it is quite frequent. Car has 143kms. Appreciate any and all insight!
