Elective abortions

HELENA, Ark. — A federal court in Arkansas dismissed 17 states’ lawsuit arguing that elective abortions should not be accommodations covered by the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act of 2022. The states “lack standing and haven't shown a likelihood of irreparable harm,” so the court tossed the suit before reaching the merits of their claims.
